Meet Our Board of Directors
I've lived in Grant County my whole life and have been involved in the community with several organizations, such as Soroptomists, Grant County Economic Development Council, Moses Lake Chamber of Commerce, and several fundraising events.
I have been licensed since 1994, I passed my Brokers exam in 1996 and became the Designated Broker/Owner of Columbia Basin Agency Inc. I was managing 10 agents and managing 130+ properties throughout Grant County. I have lived in Moses Lake all my life. I am married and have 5 children and 6 Grandkids. My wife Stephanie and I own several rentals, two espresso stands and manage to still go have fun on the lake, camping, hunting, fishing, and spending time with our family. I love what I do and love to help my clients. In 2016 we built our dream home with the help of some good friends and myself. I have knowledge in all phases of construction. I have done remodels, electrical, plumbing, roofs and everything else involving residential home construction. I have served at the local level on the Grant County Board of Realtors® from 1996-2016. I served as the President State Director, Local Director, and on committees at State Level. I am currently the incoming President for the 2021 year for the Moses Lake Othello Association of Realtors®. I am all in for my clients and love being a Realtor® and live by the Code!
I'm the owner/broker at Windermere/K-2 Real Estate in Moses Lake and have served on the Moses Lake-Othello Association of Realtors as a Local Director for 3 years and as president.
I moved to Moses Lake in 2005 to continue my education at Big Bend Community College. I completed my Washington State Brokers License in 2013 and have been a Managing Broker of Dune Lake Properties since 2019.

Alternate State Director
I have lived in Moses Lake since 1987, and have an accounting degree from Central Washington University. My family and I had our own business for over 17 years before I got into real estate several years ago. I have a strong desire to keep our community thriving and an enjoyable place to live.
