Meet Our Board of Directors
I have lived in Moses Lake since 1987, and have an accounting degree from Central Washington University. My family and I had our own business for over 17 years before I got into real estate several years ago. I have a strong desire to keep our community thriving and an enjoyable place to live.
I've lived in Grant County my whole life and have been involved in the community with several organizations, such as Soroptomists, Grant County Economic Development Council, Moses Lake Chamber of Commerce, and several fundraising events.

The Columbia Basin has always been my home. I was born in Othello, a small town 30 miles south of Moses Lake. I've lived in Moses Lake since 1990 where my three children were born and raised; two girls and one boy. As a family we enjoy outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, and going for walks in our neighborhood.
I have served as past President of the Moses Lake-Othello Association of REALTORS, as Legislative Affairs Chair, and am the current Scholarship Chair for the association. I also serve on two WA Realtors state committees.
I am the owner-designated broker of Dune Lake Properties and have been a licensed real estate professional for over 35 years. A past President of the Moses Lake-Othello Association of Realtors, I have held almost every office over the span of my career. I have served on several committees for the Washington Association of Realtors for the last 20 years. One of the most interesting positions was the State Finance Committee. I personally enjoy agriculture, as does my daughter, Mary Dunkin, who works with me. I have lived on a wheat and cattle ranch the majority of my life.
Alternate State Director
I'm the owner/broker at Windermere/K-2 Real Estate in Moses Lake and have served on the Moses Lake-Othello Association of Realtors as a Local Director for 3 years and as president.
